Has truly been an old faithful for my store. I’ve been using it for years and it remains one of the most reliable apps I have. It does occasionally disconnect, but getting it connected again is always quick and easy. What I appreciate most is how clean and simple the setup is. It provides an effortless way to bring social content onto my e-commerce pages without adding extra complexity. The disconnection is done by Instagram for security reasons. Our team can help you understand what triggers it. We have launched an option to notify you when the account disconnects that you can activate in your app Settings.

Instafeed looks great on our page - we love it. The one time I required support for an issue that was caused by a Shopify API update, their response was swift - they were able to respond in real time and fix my problem. Highly recommend.
