You have to Fix the issue but if you didn’t succeed , then you should remove that part which has that issue.

The customer service section 900 doesn’t show STC as supposed. Stc has great and sophisticated unique services. So, Many of 900’s staff shouldn’t be in this important section dealing with millions of customers. Actually they shouldn’t be within this wonderful entity, they are as an obstacle for many customers and may hinder the company's march towards more great achievements.

🤢 Super Annoyed at the service
Hey! Always trusted and believed Stc was the best. Or maybe it was years ago.
App is pretty useless. I mean if you’ve opted for their Fiber Wifi, you can’t use the app or call centres because you don’t have an stc mobile number. Went to the store and complained about the wifi being down since more than a week. 1st they said oh the complaint has been cancelled. Second time they said they’d fix it. Tbh EXTREMELY BAD service. What’s the point of having a call centre if you can’t connect with it. What’s the point of an app if even opting for one of the services isn’t enough. Pretty disappointed. Also, feels a lot like it’s cause we’re expats we’re treated so. If it were for someone from GCC they won’t take this —— and would have screamed at the office and gotten it fixed pretty much before screaming at them. Absolutely no respect for the customers. Very disappointed.
