Finally 5 gallon tank replacement
I love that now I'm 100% sure I'm drinking good clean water. I highly recommend this system for any office or work place. I have a small area to relax in my shop and was always refilling the 1 gallon pitcher, now I can have more time without refilling and focused more on my work. Really love it, very happy with my purchase

Style: 5 Gallon JugVerified Purchase
Before I get into details, I must say that I truly believe that ZeroWater filter is the best out there. That's why even after numerous fails on the dispenser, I still keep trying to make their dispensers work.
I hope you guys take feedback seriously. I normally do not post reviews even if I pretty much spend my paychecks on amazon, but I feel as though, I've had enough of your company's poor design on dispensers.
This 5-gallon water container/filter, that goes on to a water dispenser just reached my boiling point.
I have purchased previously your 10-cup dispenser, and the 40-cup glass cylindrical dispenser, and now this square jug.
I must say: IF YOU'RE HOPING FOR A BREAKTHROUGH DESIGN YET CAN'T PROPERLY EXECUTE, PLEASE STOP MAKING YOUR CUSTOMERS SUFFER. It's my second day trying to make this water jug fit in the new Avalon dispenser I purchased, but it just won't work because the tip of the jug's built in 'float valve' hits the base of the water dispenser which stops the water from flowing through the dispenser.
Look closely at the photos I included in this review. You'lll see all the workaround I've been trying. Using Alien tapes to add some height to the jug and free up the outlet of water, but no, it just won't work. I'll have to lift up the water jug each time the reservoir tanks of the dispenser runs out.
Way to go purchasing two items with a total amount of about $250 and I still get to suffer with this much inconvenience.
I don't normally complain about petty stuff, but this is just unacceptable. HOW HARD IS IT TO UTILIZE THE FLOAT VAVLES THAT'S ALREADY BUILT IN THE WATER DISPENSERS? WHY HAVE TO COME UP WITH A UNIQUE DESIGN AND MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS SUFFER DUE TO POOR EXECUTION? PLEASE HELP ME MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE.
IF haven't mentioned earlier in this review yet, it's been my second night of trying to set this water dispenser up, and still haven't succeeded.

Testing our town tap water gave us a reading of: 236ppm - filtered with old single filter system: 98ppm - Water tested as filtered through the Zero Water System gave a reading of: 0.00ppm, Awesome!
The double filter system really works great, truly is ZERO water!
The only con is that the plastic water container is a little on lite side, our old system was of a heavier construction. Hopefully it does not crack, will update the review if necessary.
In summary, if you want good clean filtered water this product is a very good buy, you truly get 0 water! Also, no more small plastic water bottles or heavy water cooler containers π
Since we just started using this new system I don't know how long the filter life will be, will update the review when it is time to change the filters. Our old single filter system lasted 6 months, hopefully this lasts as long or longer.
