After having some rather unpleasant experiences with other plumbers in the past I decided to post a project on Yelp. I decided to go with Tytum from the 7-8 responses I received. All I can say is great work. My technician, Octavio, did an amazing job. Not only did he unclog the drain hose that ran from my dishwasher to the garbage disposal into the plumbing (the requested main concern), but went above and beyond and fixed all of my faucet connections to include the actual kitchen faucet, soap dispenser and overflow cap to dishwasher. I had installed them all myself and didn't do such a great job. The faucet had come loose and the caulking I did around each connection was sloppy and was coming apart. Octavio noticed this and offered to correct it. Not only did he properly connect and tighten the 3 fixtures on top of counter but he took off the old caulking and did a clean professional job installing plumbers puddy and new caulking. Now it looks great! At the end of the project, he handed me the invoice and I was shocked at how little it cost me. Every other plumber I have come into contact with charged twice as much and NEVER went above and beyond. I highly recommend giving these guys a try.

First of all, they responded to me right away. Then the Project Manager Octavio texted me and was so nice and reassuring. He came out first thing the next morning with his assistant Eric. They not only fixed my valve under my sink, but also fixed an old & outdated sketchy water shut off valve set up that I had outside the house. The price was reasonable and the quality of work was outstanding. They were so nice and helpful. We are having them come back to do a couple other projects we have, I'm so glad I found them!
