Strategic priority 3: Health security preparedness

Between 2023-2027 WHO will continue to support the Government of Indonesia to prevent, prepare for, respond to and recover from acute public health events. In collaboration with national authorities, WHO will support the development and implementation of national policies, strategies and guidelines to enhance emergency preparedness and response capacities, with a focus on improving disease surveillance, laboratory and health worker capacity, and enhancing coordination between relevant sectors and agencies.
