We support members and the RIPE community through several channels to offer timely and efficient help – whether it’s a ticket, a tweet or a training course.
At the RIPE NCC, we allocate blocks of IP addresses to ISPs and other organisations, but we have no involvement in how these addresses are used by their users.
However, we can help you find out who is abusing your network by providing you with the relevant network operator contact details.
View status updates, service criticality ratings and our quarterly plans.
Are you a network operator that uses our tools for your daily operations? You can find documentation here for our APIs like RIPE Atlas, RIPEstat, IP Analyser, RPKI and Resource Request.
We offer in-person training courses, webinars, online courses through the RIPE NCC Academy and certification.
RIPE NCC members can attend our one or two-day long training courses as part of their membership. Check our schedule to view our upcoming courses.

RIPE NCC Certified ProfessionalsThe RIPE NCC has supported a range of projects and innovative ideas over its 25-year history, and we are now formalising these efforts through the RIPE NCC Community Projects Fund. We know there's no shortage of brilliant minds in the Internet technical community working on groundbreaking projects, but securing funding to support these projects can be challenging.
The RIPE NCC will provide €250,000 per year to support projects of value to the operation, resilience and sustainability of the Internet, with a focus on tools and services benefiting the technical community in our service region.
We will now prioritise enforcing policy requirements when evaluating IPv6 allocation transfer requests.
Global stakeholders are invited to contribute to the 2024 APNIC Survey, open until 5 July 2024.
It is now possible to change the status of an IPv4 allocation object in the RIPE Database from "ALLOCATED PA" to "ALLOCATED-ASSIGNED PA".
We have stopped accepting new delegation requests with "ns.ripe.net" as of 17 June 2024 as part of our steps to retire ns.ripe.net.
