827K views · 15K reactions | Sweating my hiney off making my version of Texas Chicken "Spaghetti". | By Kelly Cooks Texas | Since my last spaghetti video was viewed over 18 million times and saved almost 300, 000 times. I figured I'd show y'all how to make my version of Texas Chicken Spaghetti. I'm making this batch for my sister's father's birthday. Cube up some boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Add some olive oil, Wash your hands. Season with your favorite seasoning. You could use barbecue rub or your favorite Creole, Cajun seasoning, whatever you like. Get your skillet nice and hot. You can actually find this recipe in both of my cookbooks. While this is cooking, cook your favorite pasta. It doesn't have to be spaghetti. Cook it al dente and set aside. Add four tablespoons of salted butter, onion, mushrooms. You can use any mushroom you like. I'm using baby portobellos. Saute this until it's tender. And garlic. Saute for 3 to 4 minutes. Preheat your oven to 3 fifty, six tablespoons of flour, So, instead of using canned cream of mushroom or cream of chicken, we're just making our own and it's so much better. After you cook this for a few minutes, then, going to add one cup of milk. Turn your heat down, and one cup of chicken broth. Pasta water. Cube up half of a big block of Velveeta. If you like it extra cheesy, you could do a whole block but I'm not a fan. One can of diced tomatoes and chilies drained. Add to your chicken. Mix it up. Now, my recipe in the cookbook calls for two pounds of pasta but I'm using a smaller dish but you can stretch this plus spaghetti lays a little bit flatter. Add a little more pasta water, cilantro, and eight ounces of your favorite cheese. I'm using mild cheddar and Monterey Jack. And just spread that out on top. Cover. And pop it into the oven for about forty, 45 minutes.

68K views · 1.3K reactions | Million Dollar Spaghetti turned into Penne 🍝 | By Kelly Cooks Texas | My version of Million Dollar Spaghetti That hits the spot. Two pounds of ground beef, onion. Wash your sister. Once this brown, scoot it to the side and soak up any extra grease. Turn your heat down to medium low. Add in your favorite spaghetti sauce. I add a little bit of water in it to get all of it out garlic powder, pepper. Taste it to see how much salt you need. Allow this to simmer and thicken up while we cook our noodles. One stick of butter, one pint of heavy whipping cream, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Preheat your oven to three fifty. Totally optional but red pepper flakes, one pound of your favorite pasta cooked al dente. Parmesan cheese. Give it just a second for the cheese to melt. I have some spinach that's fixing to go back so I'm going to add in some fresh spinach. Turn your heat off and add your meat sauce right on top. What kind of recipes would you like to see from me? Fast and super easy or ones that take a little bit longer that you would be proud to serve your family and friends. Y'all know typically I would shred my own cheese but today, we're going to be a touch lazy. Mozzarella cheese, Yup, I'm using two bags. This is also a large batch. Now, pop this into the oven until it's nice and bubbly.
