The challenges
Everything. The store I worked at was one of the busiest locations in the state however, the storeroom was so small. On 40 degree days, I had to work outside to unpack and sort out the stock, no air con, sunscreen, or even fresh water, I had to drink water from the bathroom. Long hours, you have to work on public holidays, horrible pay, some staff are so rude, and a lot of gossip. If your not careful, staff will speak about you behind your back.
