If you think fish flippers are just for flipping fish, well I'm here to tell you boy-O or girl-O, you're wrong! These are great on the grill, great on a pan, heck, my wife and I have even introduced them to the boudior for a hip and modern take on the Aunt-Jemima-Treatment.

OK, I made that last part up. They are really awesome spatulas, though. I've got two, they work great together. Gentle on fish, good for getting under chicken on the grill without sacrificing the skin. Even good with eggs, the shape makes them good for use in the edges of a frying pan.

The leading edge is nice and sharp while the body of the spatula is paradoxically flexible enough to sneak under delicate pancakes yet stiff enough to turn one pound loaded burgers on the grill without damaging them. The handle is strong, comfortable, and not slippery when wet... or greasy... or eggy.. or whatever.

My wife got me a blackstone griddle and a set of the tools that Blackstone offers. The turner/smasher is HUGE and still bends. The metal seems crude. So I bought the brand that the Army uses to replace them...I have an old 2" turner that is awesome, but the new ones bent at the handle easily.

So in my search for the perfect griddle tools, I took a flyer on these. One third the price of the other tools I have, and exactly the size and strength I was looking for. There is nothing I would change on these. My search is over.
