After awhile, constant cutting with sharp knives will eventually wear it down...but this is to be expected. The board is large enough to cut a 20-25lb turkey, while the deep channels on all four sides catch all the juice. This is a nice cutting/carving board. I'll probably collect all the sizes. Love these more than my wood blocks and highly recommend. Thanks.

This is an extra-large cutting board that matches the style of all the other OXO cutting boards. Same thickness, same materials, same angles and rubberized feet. It's so big that it has a little more flex towards the middle but it flattens out as soon as you lay it down. At least new it looks really nice and clean and gives us a large amount of worry free work space on our marble countertops. It doesn't slide around but it is a lot lighter and easier to clean than our old thicker plastic board or our wood butcher-block. Blends into the decor, feels so useful but doesn't get in the way. The best feature is that is so much less expensive and eminently replaceable if something happens to it to make it gross.
