ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY: At Dirty Labs - Less is More. By creating hyper-concentrated formulas, we greatly reduce our package sizes (and thus, our carbon footprint). Our bottles are made of aluminum and can be infinitely recycled. Our ingredients are responsibly sourced and created through biorenewable manufacturing processes. We examine every aspect of our product life cycles in order to achieve the safest, most sustainable solutions.
DIRECTIONS: Follow your garment care label and washing machine instructions. Measure with teaspoon or Dirty Labs silicone beaker (available separately, or with all 32 load bottles). For tough stains, pretreat directly to soil area and allow to sit for 5 minutes before washing. Our detergent is hyper-concentrated use as follows: 8ml for medium loads, 12ml for large loads, 16 ml for x-large loads.

How do I use the measuring beaker?

Does your product work with hard water?

All of our products are septic safe. Our detergent is near neutral pH, and much less alkaline than conventional detergents, so on its own it is safe for grey water systems.

I’m so happy that I finally found a non-toxic, EFFICIENTLY cleansing, clean and fresh smelling product!! I have tried multiple nontoxic laundry cleaners- from overpriced and not great quality “gentle” standard detergents to homemade detergent to ECOS sheets… and they were all not good. The ecos sheets were so ineffective at cleaning throroughly and getting out smells!! We used up what we had, but as soon as we switched to dirty labs the smell finally went away!! Plus i love that it is concentrated, naturally scented with essential oils and EFFICIENT! + eco friendly. Been about a month or so and so far so good! Happy to finally find a a worthwhile clean product and it is worth every penny so far.

Got this for my daughter and I. Turns out that even my husband wants his clothes washed in it because it smells so good, declining even to try the more "masculine" scent! It is lighter if you use less soap in the load, and stronger if you use more, and the fragrance is natural, soft, and freshly floral. You definitely have to put the measuring cup in with the wash to get all the product out, so it can be a bit hard to find in the clothes (I wait until mine's gone through the dryer), but at least there's no waste. Fortunately I'd already bought the smaller size at Whole Foods so already had the silicone cup, since the larger size (purchased on Amazon) doesn't come with a cup.

Reading some of the reviews about it not getting out natural deodorant marks/stains. No issues here. We use a charcoal deodorant and it comes right out. Also, my husbands stinky hats don’t stink when they come out, Molly’s suds always left the stank behind a little. Great for our sweaty workout clothes and the real test was dog blankets and beds. Zero smell. Love it so far. No leak issues, I throw the silicone measuring cup in with the wash. It has enzymes unlike the ingredients in a lot of other natural detergents so they definitely helps with the cleaning factor. Hubby is allergic to essential oils and scents in products, he has no issues with the unscented version of this.

Fragrance free and Truly hypoallergenic, check. Packaging recyclable, check. Cleans well, check. Leaking pressure of soap pushing out of cap, negates ALL! First bottle arrived leaking a touch but once opened and in the cabinet, it continued to ooze out the top leaving a soapy sticky mess. Try again, second bottle showed up inside a very wet carton and about 20% of the product on the outside of the aluminum bottle in a plastic bag. It still oozed with the cap loosened. The little silicone cap to measure is a waste to use, and then to clean. It’s thick and concentrated which is great until it’s wasted. Just a MESS. I’m done. Going back to find fragrance free detergent strips.

I have tried many different "natural" laundry products. This is by far the best in terms of ingredients, container (aluminum not plastic), cleaning ability and scent. I also use the powder laundry booster. Same reason.
My only challenge is my first order didn't come with a measureing cup. Not sold separately, only with 32oz size. If the seller is listening, would love your help obtaining one. In the meantime I use 2 capfuls, a bit messy but it suffices

I really like this detergent! It comes with a tiny silicone cup which is great for measuring the exact amount you actually need unlike other brands. Other brands give you a huge cup which makes the consumer think they need that amount and too much ruins your washer! This comes with the tiny cap that fits on the top so you won't lose it. The soap itself is really gentle. It smells great and doesn’t leave a film on your clothes. If you have sensitive skin it’s great because it’s so gentle and non toxic which we love! I give it a 4/5 stars due to the cost. Yes a little goes a long way but I wish it lasted a little longer. The amount is great for a small house hold but for those with huge families it might total up fast.

The smell is amazing!! I couldn’t wait to do laundry!! I’m so sad to report that although my towels came out very soft, there is absolutely no scent at all.

I have a front loading HE washer and dryer, and I have this problem with most laundry detergents. I don’t cook my clothes either; so I know it’s not from over-drying. 😕
