    DO NOT BUY. It is a telling tale when they have a repeat of the same issues they had 3 years ago. I wanted to like this. I bought their QardioBase2 scale a few years ago and went the rounds with support, when randomly I would get on the scale and be 30 pounds lighter. I would have to reset and setup the scale up again so it would get my weight right, and then again in a week or two I would have to repeat the same reset process. I reached out to customer service and was dismissed as not knowing how to step on a scale. Finally I stopped using it. Another time I had to reset my password and in doing I entered their circular “forgot password” loop. - enter email- retrieve e-mail - click on the reset link - enter email - retrieve email link that repeats the process. I did pass the idiot test however and didn’t keep doing it. I reached out to customer service and they will get back with you several days later.So fast forward three years. I got tired of resetting the QardioBase2 piece of junk scale that has become a floor fixture, but I did like the app better than some others, so I reluctantly purchased the QardioBase X assuming that things improved. Who would have guess when I clicked to reset the forgotten user password, so I could set the scale up that I would get kicked into the infinite reset password loop that I reported to them 3 years ago, and just like then, support responded several days later. This is a bad omen. I’m shipping this back.
