Interview questions ⁉️ huh......revolves like a planet and u suddenly blank what to say or not why we can't say what actually runs in our mind 🤔 1. Nervousness can make our thoughts go blank during an interview. 2. We might worry about saying the wrong thing or sounding unprepared. 3. It's important to stay calm and composed to regain our focus. 4. Taking a deep breath can help clear our mind and regain confidence. 5. We can try to redirect our thoughts to positive and relevant points. 6. It's okay to take a moment to gather our thoughts before responding. 7. Practice and preparation can help reduce the chances of blanking out. 8. Remembering key points or talking points beforehand can be helpful. 9. It's important to listen carefully to the interviewer's question and ask for clarification if needed. 10. Being honest about needing a moment to think can be better than giving a rushed or incorrect answer. 11. Remember, everyone has moments of blanking out, and it's not a reflection of our abilities. 12. Confidence comes from practice and experience, so keep trying and learning from each interview. 13. Don't be too hard on yourself if you blank out, it happens to the best of us. 14. Stay positive and focus on showcasing your skills and qualifications. 15. Remember that the interviewer is looking for the best fit for the role, not perfection. 16. It's important to be authentic and genuine in your responses, even if you need a moment to gather your thoughts. 17. Practice active listening during the interview to stay engaged and focused. 18. Use positive self-talk to boost your confidence and overcome any blank moments. 19. Remember that interviews are a two-way conversation, so don't be afraid to ask clarifying questions or share relevant experiences. 20. Finally, trust in your abilities and believe in yourself. So, in conclusion, it's completely normal to sometimes blank out during an interview. The important thing is to stay calm, take a deep breath, and gather your thoughts. Remember to be authentic, ask for clarification if needed, and showcase your skills and qualifications. Just Before Scene 2, Ice breaking in a humorous way - asking the candidate to remember the typical movie scene where hero has a pistol in hand and villain starts to blurt out everything in fear. Interview main koi nahin shoot karne wala hai tumhain So JUST CHILL. Now the whole class laughs and the candidate is also at ease.
