This innocent mistake will cost you revenue: 👇 Not having the correct business hours listed on your website and Google My Business profile. When your customers are trying to find you online, they want and expect up-to-date information. And having any mistakes will cost you business. That’s why I suggest that all businesses do a quarterly audit. Make sure the following information is correct on your profile website: 👉 Business hours 👉 Physical address 👉 Contact information 👉 Product inventory 👉 Product descriptions + photos 👉 Location and functionality of contact forms These small tweaks can help ensure your customer can contact you when they finally find you.

One question that I come back to time and time again is what makes your business unique? I was at a networking meeting talking to someone about their business and I asked them that question. They came back with their customer service. Now I suspect if I asked a lot of businesses that question that they would come back with the same answer. But how does your customer service make you stand out from your competitors? What about your product range makes you better than your competitors? The answers to the question is about how are you demonstrably different. What is the real key to your business that makes people want to work with you or buy your product. I love spending time with businesses trying to find this out. Once you understand this, it helps me to build you a website that shares what makes you unique to your website visitor. To answer my own question, this is what makes my business unique.
