Employees thrive when they know their work is valued and they feel appreciated. It feels good to do a great job. It feels even better when it is noticed by your boss. In the end, people make companies successful. The seemingly little things you do can go a long way in making people feel special, valued and appreciated. One of the worst feelings is feeling unappreciated. When employees have a boss who truly cares and appreciates them, they are willing to go the extra mile.
