The I personality type in DISC

- Do you know someone who considers themselves an extrovert? They're gregarious and enjoy meeting new people. Maybe it's you. This part of our personality we refer to as inducement, or the I in DISC. Individuals that embrace this part of their personality we call high I's. There are three main characteristics that you'll find with this type of personality. First, high I's are described as sociable, influential, and outgoing. This manifests in their behavior by being comfortable talking to new people. They gain energy from social interaction, and are very influential. Second, this is the part of our personality that's extroverted and enthusiastic about the big picture. So those with a high I are often described as visionaries, and can make inspiring leaders.
