Speaking, in general, causes some form of insecurity. This course reminded me that everyone may suffer from a lack of confidence but taking action to "correct" this feeling AND find your confidence again is of great importance - also offered several tips. For instance, in a meeting (if you are presenting) stand-up and deliver your presentation. Feeling uncertain...hum and sing to get in tune with your inner-voice. Simply because our bodies need movement to return to a calmness once again. Well presented and well received.
