    Great introduction into how to build a conversational AI assistant using no code. The strength of the course were the many live demos of tools like voiceflow and the openAI platform

    the prompts are static, say " your order is delivered in 3-5 working day" this data should actually come from the order placement app and delivery app at runtime else this will be a static chat bot.... so when a user login we need to connect execute the order placement and delivery update by looking at the order placement status and delivery status sent as a prompt, which the example does not show... I understand the scope of this course is to use a static data, is that correct?
