THE POSITION

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced System Facilities Director to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the maintenance, strategic planning, and operational effectiveness of our facilities across the system. Your expertise in facility management and your vision for sustainable, efficient operations will ensure our organization’s infrastructure meets the highest standards of excellence and supports our commitment to providing an exceptional environment for our staff and clients. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for excellence in facilities management, we invite you to apply and lead the way in optimizing our physical assets and resources. Bachelor’s degree in management, mechanical or electrical preferred. A valid North Carolina driver’s license is required. Certification as a Certified Plant Maintenance Manager or Certified Plant Engineer is preferred. Ten years direct management experience of Plant Operations and Maintenance operations in a hospital setting.
