Overview: You will be pivotal in guiding the IT strategy and operations for 30-40 diverse clients. With 8-10 years of IT experience and a robust business acumen, you will play a critical role in understanding client needs, developing technology strategies, and ensuring the successful implementation of IT solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding Client Needs: Engage in regular communication and collaboration with client stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their business goals, challenges, and technology requirements.
Developing Technology Strategies: Formulate comprehensive technology strategies that align with and support the client's business objectives, encompassing both short-term and long-term IT planning.
Implementing Technology Solutions: Oversee the deployment of effective technology solutions, including software, hardware, and cloud services, ensuring they support the client's business objectives.
Optimizing IT Infrastructure: Continuously monitor and assess IT infrastructure to guarantee optimal performance, security, and scalability. Conduct regular IT assessments, performance reviews, and security audits.
Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and mitigate potential IT risks and vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Budgeting and Cost Management: Collaborate with clients to formulate and manage IT budgets, focusing on cost-efficiency and strategic technology investments that yield high returns.
Providing IT Governance: Develop and implement IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to align IT operations with business objectives and best practices.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, providing superior service, proactive communication, and strategic guidance. Regularly conduct meetings, provide status updates, and review performance with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 8-10 years of IT experience, preferably in a leadership role within a Managed Service Provider or similar environment.
Demonstrated ability to understand and integrate business and IT strategies.
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven track record in IT project management, risk management, and compliance.
Experience with IT budgeting and cost management.
Familiarity with industry standards and technology trends.
