What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Supervise daily operations of the team, including establishing mutual goals and maintaining schedules
• Meet or exceed monthly cash forecast by reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
• Motivate staff and foster team spirit through training and communication
• Monitor collections activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work
• Conduct regular account reviews and prepare reports for management review
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
• 2-3 years' experience as a Sr. Patient Account Rep - Collections or 1-3 years' experience as a Supervisor
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Prior experience in a multi-location billing, accounting, and/or manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of automated revenue management systems
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
