The Role

As the Strategic Director of Region Corporate Partnerships, you'll be at the forefront of driving change. Collaborating closely with our regional and divisional leaders, you'll champion our vision and inspire success through innovative sales strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping and implementing enterprise-wide corporate initiatives, empowering our teams to cultivate meaningful relationships and achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor our regional teams in sales leadership, fostering a culture of inspiration and achievement.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, driving growth and expansion.

Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, presenting tailored proposals to potential partners.

Cultivate trusted relationships with corporate partners, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within our organization.

Ensure the delivery of exceptional experiences to our partners, maximizing impact and efficiency.

Act as a liaison between key partners and internal teams, resolving issues and addressing concerns promptly.

Provide regular reports and forecasts to stakeholders, showcasing the impact of our partnerships and revenue generation efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

10+ years of experience in account development and sales management

Expertise in partnership development and engagement across various industries

Strong business acumen and analytical skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
