- Combination of remote work and in-office work following the successful completion of a 90 day training period
- Perform monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts, prepare supporting schedules, and post journal entries
- Support treasury activities, such as daily funding and reconciliation of cash accounts, preparation of wire payments, and monitoring for fraudulent activities
- Assist with month end closing
- Provide support during internal and external audits, such as preparing audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries
- Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 internal controls testing and compliance
- Ensure financial records are kept in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and in compliance with company record retention policies
- A thorough knowledge of US GAAP
- Familiarity with internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
- Excellent attention to detail with superior organizational skills
- The ability to analyze data with a high level of accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning and Reporting Systems
- Integrity and adherence to high ethical standards
- Curiosity and inquisitiveness about financial data and processes
- Commitment to continuous improvement of processes, analytical techniques, learning and professional development
- Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines under pressure
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
