This position will provide site management for mobilization of Caltrain Pre-Revenue Support Services. In this role, they will be responsible for the performance of services and contractual compliance. As SRS US Senior Mechanical Manager (in San Jose, CA) they will have full authority and decision-making capabilities.

Your tasks
- Operational safety and performance
- Efficient operations and supervisory roles of all direct reports
- Management of systems and procedures, and policies
- Compliance with all contract deliverables and contractual obligations
- Coordination with maintenance contractor for training and movement of equipment
- Documentation of procedures and accurate record keeping
- Inputs for WLC and Budgets
- Invoicing and Procurement of materials, hours and ancillary expenses
- The SRS US Senior Mechanical Manager must demonstrate, at a minimum, three (3) years of Project Management, or equivalent experience, including at a minimum, three (3) years Rolling stock maintenance
- The SRS US Senior Mechanical Manager will ensure the client's goals for service contracts includes a focus on safety, quality, customer service, performance, regional cost efficiencies, innovation, and state of good repair
- Provide on-site leadership to support Mobilization and Maintenance
- Provide on-site leadership to support future TSSSA contract
