Senior UKG Solution Analyst I

What’s the job?

This role is a key position for the Workforce Management (WFM) team providing analysis, technical expertise and support of the Saint-Gobain WFM solution for more than 15,000 U.S. and Canadian employees working in multiple legal entities. As the subject matter expert, this position is responsible for the analysis and technical configuration of the time & attendance system as well as system integrations and enhancements. This role will work closely with other functional areas such as Payroll Operations, Human Resources (HR), Operations, Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance & Accounting, Legal, etc. in the evaluation, set up, configuration and maintenance of the WFM solution.

What will you do?

• Assist in defining business needs and requirements for the WFM solution.
• Responsible for the evaluation, set up, configuration and ongoing maintenance of WFM solution as it relates to projects, initiatives, business unit or location policy.
• Provide analytical and technical expertise to HR’s and Operations on issues/questions related to the WFM solution while ensuring that best practices are being followed.
• Maintaining 100+ weekly time file interfaces from the WFM solution to the payroll system.
• Provide Analytics and Reports as requested by internal customers.
• Assist with training manuals and process flow documentation related to the WFM solution.
• Provides assistance on training internal customers on the WFM solution and processes.
• Manage and respond to complex help-desk tickets.

What do you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in the required field
• Experience in configuration of time and attendance policies in UKG (Kronos) WFD/WFC application
• 7+ years - Experience in configuration of automated timekeeping system
• 5+ years - Comprehensive payroll experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Experience working with unions
• Experience in accounting principles
• Experience in a manufacturing industry
