Experience Required:
8+ years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance and Automation Engineering.
Security Clearance: Requires the ability to obtain a Government Clearance for which US Citizenship is required.
Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance Strategy and Management:
Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy that ensures the highest quality in software development.
Oversee the entire QA process, managing timelines and resources efficiently.
2. Test Automation Framework Development:
Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts for various applications.
Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing throughout the development lifecycle.
3. Test Case Design and Execution:
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results, reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
4. Performance and Security Testing:
Conduct performance testing to ensure system responsiveness and stability.
Implement security testing practices to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the development and product teams to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.
Collaborate in the DevOps process, ensuring quality is integrated at every stage.
6. Tools and Technologies Proficiency:
Stay updated with the latest QA tools and technologies, incorporating them into the QA strategy as appropriate.
Leverage various testing tools and environments for comprehensive coverage.
7. Reporting and Documentation:
Generate reports on quality metrics, test results, defect densities, and other relevant data.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for QA processes and automation frameworks.
8. Mentorship and Leadership:
Mentor junior QA team members, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Lead by example, setting high standards for quality and efficiency in testing.

Automated Testing: Experience in writing and maintaining automated tests using Playwright or similar tools.
API Testing: Strong skills in testing APIs using Postman and Swagger.
Database Testing: Knowledge of testing against MySQL databases, including writing and executing SQL queries.

Communication: Strong communication skills for collaborating with development teams and reporting issues.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in quality assurance and test automation.
Relevant certifications in QA and test automation are preferred.
Understanding of SDLC: Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
