The ideal candidate will have a talent for distilling large sets of project information, creating/writing a report or developing a PowerPoint and then presenting that information to the Senior Leadership. So, someone who can "tell the story” of the strategic commitments, initiatives, operational performance and financials.
Ability to track projects, report on status, the project financials and at times the willingness to pick-up part of a project and see it through to execution!
PMP preferred or other Project Management Certification

Note: the group has a team that utilizes Tech tools for reporting needs, the PM will primarily utilize MS Project and PowerPoint for presentations. This group is also focused on executing the strategy that has already been mapped out, so it's more about delivering on the strategy and reporting on the progress so communication to senior leadership is key!
Summary
Work closely with the executive leadership team and cross-functional team members to deliver a comprehensive view of the company’s strategic initiatives and overall corporate and financial performance. Monitor and report on the plan progress and manage the monthly governance process to secure senior leadership approval for any necessary plan modifications. Drive the cross-functional effort of developing business cases and project plans for annual commitments and goals aligning with the annual strategic plan. Manages strategic projects and initiatives.
