• Heavy Civil Construction (USACE, Roadway, Strom water, Utility, Grading, Airport)
• Federal experience a PLUS
• Project sizes $100K- $90+ Million

Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager role encapsulates the essence of orchestrating successful project outcomes while unveiling new business vistas tied to specific clients or geographic realms. As a Senior Project Manager, your expertise in construction project management will be harnessed to steer multiple projects of diverse scale, budget, and intricacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Steer heavy civil construction projects through all stages from ideation to execution and final wrap-up.
• Oversee project financials, vet invoices, and manage budget to meet financial targets.
• Oversee subcontractor, supplier, and vendor performance, ensuring alignment with project mandates and timelines.
• Uphold stringent adherence to contract stipulations, plans, and specifications in all work undertakings.
• Keep a vigilant eye on project dynamics, earmark potential hurdles, and devise robust risk-alleviation strategies.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in heavy civil project management, coupled with a solid track record in financial oversight of projects.
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or akin fields is favored; or a blend of education and pertinent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver intricate heavy civil projects on schedule and within budgetary constraints.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 360 platform is a plus.
