Job Description

Role: Sr. Procurement Specialist

Location: Abbott Park, IL

Duration: 2 Months on W2 (Possibility of extension)

Skills Looking For

Senior procurement specialist position
Procurement experience in IT
Contract negotiation skills
Vendor management expertise
Purchasing IT hardware and software exp.

Education And Level Of Experience

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in IT, business, engineering, or finance.
6 to 10 years of experience desired
Master's degree with less experience considered if they have worked in a major corporation doing relevant work.
Open to candidates with a bachelors and fewer years of experience provided they have worked in large corporations, particularly in navigating the IT space with major suppliers -Meta (formerly known as Facebook), Cisco, Dell, SAP, and Microsoft.
