About The Role

As the Senior Partnership and Events Marketing Manager your role will be to scale partnerships & events with strategic partner alignments and in-person activations to drive lead generation and brand awareness. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Director, this role will develop and implement comprehensive partnerships and event strategies to engage guests, grow market share and promote brand awareness internally and externally.

This is a hybrid role based out of the Christy Sports office in Lakewood, CO.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute annual strategy for partners and events aligned with department and organizational goals.
  • Coordinate all aspects of events including logistics, timelines, budgets, and staffing.
  • Ensure the highest standards in engagement with guests and audiences to represent the organization.
  • Cultivate and support relationships with industry, organization, and community partners.
  • Responsible for collaborating with marketing team to develop go-to-market activations to support partners and events.
  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders, including senior leadership, operations and merchant team to ensure events align with organizational objectives and standards.
  • Foster new relationships with strategic partners to grow brand exposure.
  • Procure and manage all branded promotional items.
  • Collaborate with brand ambassadors to support organizational goals.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
  • Track and report on financial performance and other KPI’s related to events and partnerships, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Responsible for contract management and renewals.

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience running effective partner and events programs with proven results.
  • Ability to work cross functionally in the organization to effectively promote through all channels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset in driving measurable results from events, partnerships, and opportunistic programs.
  • Confidence with strategic program development, execution, and reporting.
  • Clear and effective public speaker
  • Understand the nature of a dynamic, fast-paced, retail environment and be comfortable with ambiguity during times of transition.
  • Appropriate degree, education and training preferred.
  • Passion for mountain lifestyle and supporting regional communities.

The budgeted range for this role is $75,000-$85,000
