Vallum is working with an international Solar & BESS Developer/Owner/Operator that is looking to hire a Senior Manager of Finance. They currently have 2.5GW under development in the US, with a further 1.3GW under acquisition.
Reporting to the MD of Finance and Investments you will support the following verticals:
A) Corporate level capital raise: This will include working with investment banks to raise debt and equity capital to support our growth.
B) M&A
Strong experience building financial models to analyze various corporate financing strategies and Transaction experience is required.
