As a Senior Engineer I (also known as Reliability Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer), you'll lead the implementation and improvement of reliability systems and processes within a manufacturing site. Your typical day will include developing and managing reliability programs, serving as a Subject Matter Expert in the design and operation of industrial equipment, driving uptime using reliability tools and processes, and coordinating with maintenance planner and technicians for installation, repair, and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
2 Years of relevant experience and 1 year of demonstrated leadership.
Proficiency in creating preventive maintenance plans, root cause analysis, and experience in a manufacturing environment.
