Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager opening with a Top 100 independent insurance broker that offers a diversified portfolio of property and casualty, health and welfare, and consulting services. As the lead client service manager for the Chicago sales team, you partner closely with account executives, sales executives, and agency leaders to maintain a high level of account satisfaction and retention.

Minimum three (3) years of group employee benefits experience in a similar agency client manager capacity

Technical Proficiency: There are two positions available depending on account experience. One opening is on the small accounts team, working with companies that have up to 300 lives. The second opening is on the large market team where accounts have 500-5,000 lives that require extensive data analytics and knowledge of self-funded health insurance plans.
Location: With offices in Chicago, an ideal scenario is for local applicants to work a hybrid schedule, downtown or in the northern suburbs. If not feasible, the agency is open to qualified applicants on a 100% remote basis within Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, and Wisconsin. Some travel for client and team meetings will be required.
