RealREPP, a full-service, nationally recognized recruiting firm is currently teaming with a stable, innovative real estate developer to assist them in hiring a Senior Director, Corporate Finance in undefined, undefined .

We are seeking a strategic thinker to join a friendly, team-oriented, and dynamic finance department, who will act as an analytical leader to provide insight, support, and optimal business decision-making across development and operation functions for a top real estate developer! This role is responsible for coordinating key aspects of the annual budgeting process, producing periodic (monthly, quarterly, and/or annual) internal and external finance reporting, analyzing operating plan variances and completing complex special projects across disciplines. This role will report to the Vice President of Finance for this beautiful asset.

This role offers a fantastic base salary ($170,000 - $200,000) + 20% target bonus, excellent benefits (medical, dental, vision), 401K with a 6% match, an excellent PTO package, and the ability to truly take ownership of this team and work with top executives.

Duties & Responsibilities


  • Oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and internal and external reporting.
  • Oversee key ad hoc projects to maximize value to key stakeholders.
  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of development and operations related to revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
  • Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis assignments related to a wide variety of topics for various internal and external users, often with limited initial oversight.
  • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiency and enhance profitability.
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
  • Engage with senior leadership on the project and at a corporate level regularly to report on various initiatives and drive continued financial improvement.


Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA highly preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in financial analysis and management roles.
  • Strong leadership, planning, communication, project management, organizational, and coaching/development skills.
  • Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance concepts including hands-on experience with accounting software packages including Sage.
  • Advanced skills in report development and data extraction; ability to integrate multiple inputs into a clear, concise, and useful recommendation or conclusion.
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated.
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
