The Role

GoPro is looking for a Senior Business System Analyst who is passionate about workplace productivity and collaboration. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical abilities, strong technical aptitude, superior written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. You are a self-starter, effective at problem-solving, able to think big (while paying careful attention to details), and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

In this role, you will be the collaboration evangelist, working to drive various solutions for GoPro employees, as well as helping with vendor management and administering our enterprise collaboration solution stack. These solutions include but are not limited to Atlassian (Jira and Confluence Cloud), Dropbox, Slack, Lucidchart, Smartsheet and SharePoint Online. You will work closely with leads and management teams to drive enablement and adoption of these tools. You will capture employee feedback, usage metrics, requirements, and assist the IT team in designing, testing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our employees and increase productivity and improve collaboration. What You Will Do


  • Take ownership of and drive the collaboration program, strategy, and roadmap to ensure adherence to GoPro IT guidelines, standards, methodologies and frameworks.
  • Partner with the user community, including executives, to identify their business. requirements, analyze business processes, analyze source data, produce functional specifications, data flows and business rules.
  • Assist with the implementation of new processes and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with the team to assess the cross functional impacts of business decisions across solution platforms and provide input on IT processes and procedures affecting the team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting issues, working with vendor for product support, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing issues to resolution.
  • Drive the periodic release cycles and work with business stakeholders to prioritize bugs and enhancements.
  • Manage projects and provide project management support for IT initiatives and projects.
  • Continuously growing your knowledge and expertise in next-generation collaboration technologies, to share best practices and drive innovation.


Skills We’re Excited About


  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with at least 2 or more years supporting and administering collaboration technologies such as Jira and Confluence, Slack, Dropbox and SharePoint Online.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodology and leading environments with various sprint cycles.
  • Experience responding to production support requests and troubleshooting issues.
  • Extensive experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and development methodology.
  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to understand and anticipate business needs and provide optimal solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to control and manage priorities and schedule, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Also show good track record of delivering projects in scope, on-time, and within budget.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work with vendor support to resolve issues and manage project initiatives.

  • Agile or Scrum certification.
  • Experience integrating 3rd party apps with SaaS apps.

The pay range for this role is between $106,250 - $143,750. Actual pay within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including your residence location and prior work experience. Equity, benefits, and a discretionary bonus may be additional forms of compensation for this role and are not included in the provided pay range.
