Yard Truck Specialists is the nation’s premier dealership for spotter trucks and terminal tractors. Yard Truck Specialists was established in Philadelphia in 1986, and we maintain a strong presence throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and Maryland. We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative who will help grow our customer base in the greater York and Harrisburg areas. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with a sales background in trucks, heavy equipment, or material handling machines -- and has an outgoing personality to match. This job may not be ideal for introverts, but it's perfect for professionals with exceptional sales and organizational skills. Previous experience in industrial equipment is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities
- Grow sales at the branch and within our territory for new and used equipment
- Develop and execute market strategy
- Attain and maintain desired market position with assigned territory accounts
- Effectively identify, communicate, and work through customer problems, issues, and opportunities
- Provide reports to management
- Should have 3-5 years’ experience working in the industrial truck or material handling fields
- Results-driven focus supported by excellent communication skills, and the ability to show up and follow up, is a must
- Demonstrate the skills to multitask and handle competing deadlines and priorities
- Must be able to work well under pressure and come in organized and ready to go
- Be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel
- Able to maintain good working relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Self-manage expectations and be able to work independently
