Position Overview: As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, develop custom solutions, and ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
Customize Salesforce applications by configuring Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and other platform features.
Develop and maintain integrations with other systems using Salesforce APIs and third-party tools.
Perform data migrations, data cleansing, and data management tasks as needed.
Implement best practices for Salesforce development, including code review, unit testing, and version control.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II are required.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and middleware tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Must be able to work onsite in New York City, NY.
