Asset Manager Opportunity in Commercial Real Estate Asset Management
Responsibilities
Managing Assets:
Oversee onboarding of new assets, capital projects, and tenant improvement initiatives to optimize occupancy rates.
Develop and implement short- and long-term asset plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Present recommendations and performance data to senior management and partners professionally and effectively.
Drive value creation and enhance asset performance in line with the company's investment strategy.
Collaborate with various departments to achieve annual business plans for each asset.
Evaluate and manage risks associated with current assets.
Stay informed about market trends impacting the portfolio and make informed decisions accordingly.
Analyze property value timelines to project future estimated value.
Assess portfolio progress and make necessary adjustments.
Monitor asset performance against benchmarks and financial metrics.
Qualifications
3+ years of successful asset management experience in retail commercial real estate.
Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or accounting.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically.
Solid financial background with real estate knowledge.
Proficient in Excel and Google tools.
Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
Results-oriented team player with collaborative skills.
Location:
Positions available in Seattle, WA; Denver, CO; San Diego, CA; or Phoenix, AZ.
Compensation
Competitive salary of $140,000-$160,000 (Negotiable based on experience).
