- Update applicant tracker in real time
- Efficiently and effectively fill all open positions
- Report suggestions for candidate recruiting
- Working understanding of the screening process/cross train in unassigned areas
- Become an expert user of recruiting platforms
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sales, inside sales or customer service
- 4 year college degree is preferred
- Acceptable background and MVR
- Pass drug test
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws a plus
- Ability to build rapport with applicants
- Fast paced and assertive
- Sales oriented
- Detail oriented
- Above average organizational skills
- Above average written and verbal communication skills
