Strategic Recruitment Planning:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand talent needs, workforce planning, and business objectives
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, industry associations, and passive sourcing techniques.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Proactively source, identify, and engage with high-quality candidates for various roles within our sector including but not limited to marketing, product development, sales, operations, and supply chain.
  • Conduct thorough screening processes, including resume reviews, initial interviews, and assessments, to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Candidate Experience Management:

  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, providing timely communication, feedback, and support.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's employer brand and values to candidates and external stakeholders.

Talent Pipeline Development:

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs , utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
  • Develop relationships with industry professionals, universities, and other talent sources to expand the company's network and enhance recruitment efforts.

Market Research and Industry Insights:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the CPG and Beauty sectors, providing insights and recommendations to hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
  • Adapt recruitment strategies and approaches based on market conditions and emerging talent trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a focus on the CPG and/or Beauty industry .
  • Deep understanding of the CPG and Beauty industry landscape, including key players, market trends, and talent dynamics.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with experience using various recruitment tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Professional certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, LinkedIn Recruiter) a plus
