Real Estate Coordinator -- Remote -- WFH --

Your Role: Real Estate Coordinator
As a Real Estate Coordinator, you'll play a central role in shaping the future of our retail locations. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to support and coordinate real estate activities that contribute to the expansion and management of our retail real estate portfolio. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit will be the driving force behind our success.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of real estate projects.
Coordinate with regional real estate partners for due diligence in site evaluation.
Support the entire deal workflow from Letter of Intent to lease phase.
Develop materials and reports to facilitate new site presentations and portfolio reviews.
Ensure lease compliance and administration through reviewing, interpreting, and reporting on key lease provisions.
Work with the Senior Real Estate Manager and external brokers to track target properties across the country.
Assist in the preparation of portfolio review presentations by collating data from various departments.
Keep our lease database accurate through regular auditing and updates.
Review and update real estate best practices, forms, and documents for improved project efficiency.
What You Bring
3-5 years of experience in retail real estate, including transactions, analyses, lease administration, and property management.
Cross-functional collaboration experience in a corporate environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and serve multiple internal clients.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Highly organized with experience streamlining workflows and developing toolsets.
A knack for challenging the status quo, championing change, and influencing others.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience in a commercial real estate service company supporting a retail client (or similar).
Familiarity with SmartSheet and Tableau.
