Join our team as an Acquisitions Representative, where your sales expertise will play a pivotal role in our ongoing expansion. Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and secure deals.
  • Follow up on all leads and requests for information promptly.
  • Negotiate property contracts with sellers across various regions.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales and achieving sales goals.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and articulate communicator.
  • Experience in short sales cycles preferred.
  • Driven to find and overcome objections with a competitive mindset.
  • Passionate about selling and closing deals.
  • Excellent relational skills with the ability to connect with people.
  • Intuitive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be part of an energized, hungry, and growing team.
  • Teachable and open-minded attitude towards learning and development.

Experience

  • Sales: 1 year (Required)

Time Requirement

  • Must be available 8:30am -5:00pm EST with the expectation that some time outside of these hours may be required (i.e., evenings and Saturdays).

Compensation

  • Compensation Structure: 20% per deal (subject to meeting Key Performance Indicators).
  • Total yearly compensation: $50,000 - $100,000+ (with on-track performance).
  • Base pay options available, though commission-based structure offers higher earning potential.
