Our parent company owns and operates Wave Garden so interns for Property Futures will be given exposure and access into the operations of the entertainment industry as well. 


Position Overview:


We are seeking top-tier candidates from business and finance schools to join our Acquisitions Department as interns. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals in real estate acquisitions, gain exposure to a wide range of transactions, and contribute to critical projects that drive the success of our firm. Interns will be put on a commission-based pay structure for deals worked on or closed. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities
  • Assist in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for prospective real estate acquisitions
  • Support the negotiation and execution of purchase agreements, leases, and other transactional documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment strategies and optimize portfolio performance
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, investors, and stakeholders to communicate investment insights and recommendations


Qualifications:


  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in business, finance, real estate, or a related field
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial valuation techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Previous internship or coursework in real estate finance, investment banking, or related fields is preferred but not required
  • Interns must have access to a laptop and a car in order to take full advantage of the real estate acquisitions
