About Us

One Medical is a primary care solution challenging the industry status quo by making quality care more affordable, accessible and enjoyable. But this isn’t your average doctor’s office. We’re on a mission to transform healthcare, which means improving the experience for everyone involved - from patients and providers to employers and health networks. Our seamless in-office and 24/7 virtual care services, on-site labs, and programs for preventive care, chronic care management, common illnesses and mental health concerns have been delighting people for the past fifteen years.

In February 2023 we marked a milestone when One Medical joined Amazon. Together, we look to deliver exceptional health care to more consumers, employers, care team members, and health networks to achieve better health outcomes. As we continue to grow and seek to impact more lives, we’re building a diverse, driven and empathetic team, while working hard to cultivate an environment where everyone can thrive.

The Opportunity

As One Medical continues to expand our ability to provide innovative and human-centered primary care for all, the teams supporting that growth are expanding as well. We are seeking a Regional Quality Improvement (QI) Program Lead to join our growing Quality team. Our partners expect us to deliver high-quality care as measured by standardized metrics, and this position will play an integral role in supporting regional quality improvement initiatives and reporting to our health system partners. Reporting to the Director of Quality & Population Health, this position will advise the senior leadership of the Clinical Effectiveness team on areas of opportunity across markets and partnerships. As we continue to expand and as payers move toward value-based care, our success in these programs is crucial to our growth strategy.

You have a bias for taking action on new challenges, consistently demonstrating a can-do attitude, while stepping up to address tough issues. Naturally collaborative, you thrive when working with multiple stakeholders; building partnerships and working closely with others to meet shared objectives. Success in this role will encompass the ability to prioritize accountability, holding self and others responsible to meet commitments and designing feedback loops into your work. If you have a tendency to learn quickly when faced with new situations, and extract and apply lessons from previous experiences, as well as focus on continuous improvement in order to improve process and develop professionally, we would love to hear from you!
