Services performed may include the following associated with the Components in Scope:
Patching or upgrading the VxRail environment.
Patching or upgrading the SIPR VxRail environment.
Patching or upgrading the VMware Horizon environment.
Automation of administrative tasks using several resources including Ansible and vRealize Suite
Assist in deploying TKG workloads and/or workload automation.
Troubleshoot issues within various environments: VxRail, vRealize, Horizon, Ansible, etc.
Network design for migration and expansion for HPE or Cisco switching solutions.
Consult with focus on creating advanced cloud capabilities.
Consult on network design or solutions for routing and switching technologies.
Assist in creating advanced cloud capabilities with self-service portals.
Assist with automation for compliance management and STIG enforcement.
