Role Description

This is a full-time remote hybrid role for a Project Office Manager as well as Executive Assistant. The Project Office Manager/Executive Assistant will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating project activities, managing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring project deliverables are met. The Project Office Manager will also provide administrative support, maintain project documentation, and monitor project progress.


Desirable Qualities:

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, LEAN 6 Sigma, 6 Sigma).
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, sales, or product launch projects.
  • Familiarity with virtual team management and remote work tools.
  • Three years managing a team with little oversight or direction

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in providing administrative assistance and office administration
  • Familiarity with office equipment and project management tools
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in project management and office administration, preferably in a start-up or consulting environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
