Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of brand/business strategy and current objectives for California Cryobank (sperm) and Donor Egg Bank USA (egg), and key attributes of successful sperm and egg donors.
  • Become product expert for the entire sales and operational funnel of both brands; from initial donor outreach to client-side sale.
  • With Senior Manager, contribute to brand and product strategy development, collaborating with cross-functional team to gather essential business input.
  • Execute and refine ongoing marketing initiatives in alignment with approved strategies to support short and long-term business goals.
  • Effectively manage timelines, creative process and legal approvals for current and new campaigns as well as annual marketing plans to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Bring to market new campaigns and initiatives across a variety of marketing tactics including website content, advertising, media, partnerships, influencers/social media, events and email.
  • Develop creative briefs that support strategy, approved messaging/proof points while reinforcing brand standards.
  • Proactively manage, organize and communicate with external teams to move multiple projects forward simultaneously.
  • Track and report objectives, campaign goals and KPIs on an ongoing basis, and effectively communicate results with business leaders.
  • Monitor and analyze both brand’s performance, communication strategies and recruitment tactics against competitive environment.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years' product, brand or agency marketing experience required for consideration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Product Management or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • Proven ability to understand and support development of marketing strategies and apply them on a tactical level.
  • Previous product marketing experience in a cross-functional role.
  • Experience with marketing analytics, KPI development, results measurement and read-out.
  • Experience with creative brief development and communicating ideas, edits and revisions with Creative teams.
  • Experience with event management, logistics and planning.
  • Working knowledge of paid media strategies, tactics and overall landscape.
  • Detail oriented with stellar project management skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to create digestible reporting for upper management use.
  • Confident and proactive verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with and/or managing external partners, agencies and vendors.
  • Strong overall leadership skills and the ability to create a positive work environment.


For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $105,000 and $130,000. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
