Production Stage Manager/Stage Manager

Magic Mike Live: Las Vegas is seeking experienced Stage Managers and Production Stage Managers with established professional backgrounds who are proactive, solutions-oriented, can remain cool under pressure, and skilled at managing effective professional working relationships with creatives, management, cast, crew, celebrities, and VIP’s.

Ideal Candidates must be detail-oriented and remain focused in a fast paced ever changing working environment, will work closely with show management, the creative team, MML Worldwide staff, cast, crew, and venue personnel to ensure smooth operation of the show and maintain the highest levels of professional and creative excellence in all aspect of the production.

Job Duties/Expectations include, but are not limited to...

• Stage Management: Calling and running performances, maintaining safety protocols, supervising other stage managers, planning, and running rehearsals, developing weekly schedules, and working with the creative team and producer(s) to maintain performance integrity.
• Support Marketing & PR: Coordination and scheduling of cast and other resources as they relate to Marketing, PR and Social Media needs.
• Working Environment: Working with senior staff to foster a working environment, both onstage and off, that conforms to the highest professional standards.
• Events: Assist in planning, attending and/or supervising a robust schedule of on- and off-site events and televised appearances by the cast and others.
• Aerial & Automation: MMLV performances involve the use of scenic and aerial automation systems and include aerial performer routines and other activities “at-height”. Prior experience with life-safety protocols, automation and aerial performance is essential.
