Photo + Video Manager

Briogeo is looking for a highly skilled Photo + Video Manager to support content creation for the brand. The Photo + Video Manager is responsible for working cross-departmentally to execute and manage elevated content including but not limited to: on-model photography, still-life photography, e-commerce photography, video, video editing, animation, and retouching.

ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage content studio and production for the brand that ensures elevated output, timeliness, and adherence to budgets.
• Produce all photo + video content, from brief to post-production.
• Manage all Briogeo assets for all teams, with strict adherence to naming conventions and folder structure.
• Work closely with social team and paid media teams to manage quick and consistent creation of content including but not limited to: UGC-style photo and video, application, and goop content.
• Partner with social and marketing teams to ensure successful consistent content for all launches and monthly campaigns.
• Manage the photo and video production budgets closely with VP, Creative.
• Manage roster of freelance talent including: photographers, set designers, still life stylists, videographers, hair/mua, retouchers, editors, etc.
• Ensure brand recognition by developing photography and video standards that represent a modern beauty brand.
• Experience producing photo + video shoots with budgets from small to large.
• Manage roster of freelance talent + actively seek out new talent.
• Promote inclusivity and diversity authentically within all that we do.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4-6 years of experience on set with a background in either Photography or Production.
• Experience producing shoots a must.
• Experience producing quick content for social media.
• Advanced knowledge of still image and video capture devices, including medium format and SLR cameras. Advanced knowledge of studio and available lighting, color management, and photo editing software such as Capture One or Bridge.
• Expert level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• An eye for detail and accuracy, without compromising timeline.
• Expert eye for creative and recognizing talent.
• Experience with digital asset management systems.

We disclose the compensation range for positions in compliance with local law. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Briogeo / Wella Company's total rewards package for employees. Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000 salary per year. Other rewards may include an annual bonus plan or variable pay, depending on the role.
