Personal Banking Consultant

Primary Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to uncover unmentioned financial needs they may not realize our bank can solve.
- Proactively assess clients’ financial information by completing a Needs Assessment to determine total current and financial needs then summarize, recommend, present, and sell appropriate products and services.
- Maintain and service a book of clients by proactively reaching out to them via phone and email.
- Process daily transactions while conducting cross-sells to create new business and provide extra services.
- Be an innovative member of our team that is self-driven and eager to contribute to the long-term success of FFNWB.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 3 years in banking/financial services industry. 5 years in banking/financial services industry preferred.
- Possess the ability to engage with customers, begin a conversation, build rapport, and handle objections. Be comfortable asking customers about their personal finances.
- Be equally comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
- DNA experience a plus.
- NMLS certified.
- $19.87 To $32.85 Hourly
- $1,500 Sign-On Bonus after 30 days
